    I was struggling most with food - snacking too much, skipping breakfasts, low energy. I’ve always struggled with the nutrition side when I’ve worked with coaches in the past and wanted to give it a go with Cody as I liked her vibe and the information I could see on her socials

    My three biggest wins so far whilst working with Cody:

    1. Being more aware of how food really impacts me - I’ve always known that food plays a huge role in energy, feeling good, performance but I didn’t implement things that I knew would help me (consistently) with my goals, because it seemed like such a big task of where to start and there’s lot of information out there on what to do/not to do, it honestly felt like too big of a job to try and figure out what changes to make with my food to start working on my goals I have.

    2. Eating breakfast more consistently - I can really see how this sets me up heaps better for my day, as when I have missed breakfast I snack more or find it harder to tune into my hunger cues because I’m feeling extra hungry.

    3. Looking after myself during a stressful period with work - that was a big win for me as past me would have just completely wrote off any food goals/focus during that stressful period, but with Cody’s support I was able to still focus on our goals in an adapted way which supported me in that period of time. It’s also really helped me in knowing that I do have tools and strategies when I experience something like that again in the future, I’ll know how to support myself again. They would be the biggest wins for me so far!

    I feel excited to try new foods and recipes which align with my goals - I think I also felt bored by some foods I was eating in my normal routine and it has been really nice to discover other meals/foods I enjoy and incorporate them into my lifestyle while also knowing they’re supporting my short and long term goals. I feel I’m tuning into my body more and listening to what it needs. I have my days where I am still snacking more than what I would like but I’m being more mindful of the options I have if I do want a snack. I’m still learning to not be so hard on myself if I don’t stick to the plan 10/10 times, and that sticking to the plan most of the time is a good start

    Mentally - I’ve noticed more clarity, I’m not so tired and wired by the end of the day when I have set myself up well with a good breaky, protein lunch and snack options and being more mindful when I eat. Physically - I feel more energised and motivated to exercise.

    What I enjoy most about working with Cody? So many things - the new recipe and food ideas, the small habits Cody put in place to keep me accountable of my goals in a gentle way when I was managing a lot of stress (gratitude, lunch prep, meal log, mindful eating and water intake check boxes - these really helped me feel like I was still on the right track with things), that Cody is there for you through all ups and down with life - her checks in honestly helped me so much in recent situations and I’m forever grateful for that!! I also just love that the pace is where I need it to be so I don’t feel overwhelmed. In the past I’ve had the “all in” approach with food from other coaches and that’s contributed to my feelings of “this is too hard.” I like the gradual build up to working on my goals and I’m such a big learning person that having knowledge around food and our other goals currently is really going to help me in the long term to maintain my new lifestyle choices I want to make for myself.

    It’s at the pace I need, I don’t feel overwhelmed, I don’t feel judged if I haven’t followed the plan 10/10 for the week, I feel supported and that someone has taken the time to understand my general day to day/week to week lifestyle and how we can work on my goals with these things in mind. I am feeling supported with my goals, I feel heard and understood when things get bumpy in the road and I need help. I am really enjoying this process and keen to keep learning and working on my goals!

    I wanted to have a coach because I wanted to have someone that could provide me with a gym program and support me with achieving my fitness goals. Before I started I was struggling with having a plan for each gym sessions because I didn’t know what exercises to do therefore my workouts weren’t consistent.

    My biggest win while working with Cody is that I have achieved some much since I started. I have felt a lot more happier physically and mentally because you have aloud me to push myself through our PT sessions and provided me with feedback on how I can improve my exercises. Cody’s feedback on my daily habits have also help me with how I can make small adjustments to help me achieve my fitness goals.

    My relationship with food has changed because I used to think that in order to lose weight I needed to cut out junk for but I have now learnt that you can still enjoy all foods you just need to have a balanced diet. With my relationship with my body before I started I used to get frustrated when the scales weren’t going down but I have now learnt that there are another ways to see results in regards to your body. In regards to my training I am now able to stick to a program every 6 weeks that allows me to focus on all areas of the body whereas before I didn’t know what I was doing.

    Since starting I have noticed results mentally because I am now a lot more happy with how I look whereas before I always hated the way I looked. I have also noticed physical results like I look more toner and can lift heavier.

    I really enjoy being able to be given advice and feedback on how I can make small adjustments and improvements to my daily habits and exercises in my program. I also like how you post different topics in regards to fitness and nutrition as it provides me with interesting and helpful information. I really like the fitness challenges that you do because they allow me to push myself.

    I am proud of myself for staying consistent with my gym sessions, pushing myself through my exercises, asking questions when needing help and being able to lift heavier.

    I highly recommend Cody because she has and continues to support me with achieving my fitness goals by providing me with feedback on exercises, feedback on check in forms and also has different coaching options to choose from.

    I started coaching with Cody as I wanted to gain more knowledge on nutrition. I thought I was doing okay nutrition wise but wanted help with emotional eating, binge eating treats at night after being “healthy” during the day and was interested to see if my moods/feelings were because of what I was eating.

    Working with Cody… It just clicked - I remember after watching one of the check in videos from Cody and she was speaking about hitting all food groups I remember thinking OMG I finally get it, it all makes sense now. I also now have 5 meals a day instead of breakfast lunch and tea and two little snacks which has completely changed my mindset on nutrition. I’m finally looking forward to each meal and more importantly staying organised and prepping which was a real issue beforehand.

    My relationship with food has changed dramatically. I now understand how to properly fuel my body - no more binging at night after not eating enough during the day. My whole outlook on nutrition has changed for the better!

    It’s been something me and my husband have been bonding over- prepping our food and keeping each other motivated. And I’m almost back training full time (pre injury) but I feel like my weight training has improved dramatically from my nutrition.

    Cody has a very personalised approach. She is SO knowledgeable and it’s really noticeable how much time and effort she is putting in towards our check ins. She is also available at any time if I have any questions or feel as though I need to tell her a certain way I’m feeling or if things haven’t gone exactly to plan. She celebrates all wins- big and small and my only regret is not starting sooner!

    What I am most proud of? I don’t even think twice now - I do my shop and prep my meals and I’m set for the week. Being a mum of two and working - I have to be organised and Cody has made everything so easy. I am making such better choices nutrition wise which I never thought would be possible.

    The difference between working with Cody and what I have tried in the past is the knowledge!!! I didn’t know enough before starting with Cody but now I have the knowledge and confidence in what I’m doing. It has been really refreshing to be taught so much (I don’t even know if Cody knows how much she’s teaching me). I feel like with every message, check in, video - I have learnt something/gained knowledge every single time. Finally enjoying my nutrition and looking forward to prepping it and eating it

    I wanted guidance from a professional in how to get myself feeling strong and fit. I was struggling after having some surgery in knowing how best to exercise without compromising my ongoing recovery. The biggest win so far working with Cody is gaining consistency and finding my motivation again. I am starting to really consider what I am eating and rather than cutting things out I am finding that I am starting to eat more and fuel my body rather than starve it. I am feeling energised and definitely starting to feel stronger. I enjoy having an expert guide me in this journey. The training is at my level and I’m not feeling overwhelmed or that it’s all too hard and with the nutrition I feel I am eating more and learning about fueling my body.     I started working with Cody as I wanted accountability and consistency. Whilst working with her, I have significantly improved by enduring heavier weights and more consistency and accountability. My relationship with food is constantly changing and I’m still working on it… however I’m proud of my body and excited to continue to train and improve. I am alot stronger physically and more general enjoyment from working out due to minimal fear of the gym due to not knowing what to do.

    What I enjoy most? One on one conversations and having someone to push me (except on the assault bike - that sucks). I am proud of my endurance even when things have been a lot or tough I have still managed to go to the gym somewhat consistently.

    If you’re considering training with Cody? I would say that Cody is fantastic with accountability and genuine care. She wants the best for you and is a compassionate PT but can also push you through challenging sessions.

    I am loving my PT experience and don’t see myself stopping at all. I like having someone there who has become a genuine friend.

    Before starting with Cody, I couldn’t find a balance with my nutrition and training. My eating habits were all over the place and I wasn’t happy, never saw results. When we first started I struggled with choosing the best food choices for nourishment. My biggest win since I started working with Cody would have to be my ability to navigate greater food choices, more nutrient dense rather than energy dense. I don’t feel restricted with food because I’m still eating sweet treats.

    My relationship with food has certainly improved, I don’t restrict “bad foods” anymore, I’m more focused on having a balance throughout the day. Some days I was struggling with not seeing any results, I felt like I was stuck but some slight adjustment and I’m feeling stronger and I’m seeing good changes with my body. I now feel good around food, I don’t “binge” or over eat like my old habits. I’m eating more mindfully.

    What I enjoy most with working with Cody is the support around my eating habits and choices. Having someone remind me that it’s not about beating yourself up for eating too many calories but the positive of how I should approach the next day. I’m proud that I now am really pushing myself in the gym, I’m out of the routine of comfortably doing 12 reps but now focus on pushing as hard as I can for 8-10 reps.

    I’ve actually got support, I’ve got someone to remind me that it’s not a quick fix. You can’t just lose weight without building a balance in daily habits. It’s been a really positive experience, I’m comfortable talking to Cody about negative and positive things in my week. If you’re considering working with Cody, just do it. Choose your hard, start now and it won’t be a bigger problem later.

    Before starting with Cody, I needed guidance with technique and a program that suited my needs then. I was also having strains due to incorrect technique, which was addressed through the coaching with Cody. My biggest win so far is the regularity with an intention on workouts. No more stiffness or strains, and actual strength overtime.

    My relationship with the body has changed more than the others. I feel more in control and know that I have supported when needed. With food, even though I am not intentionally tracking it, I think I am mindful while consuming and also know if I have overtime I have to balance it out through the day.

    I feel stronger in my lower body and beginning to feel it in the core too. Mentally I feel not too stressed, because I know that I have got it through the workouts. So a little indulgence does not really throw me off balance, especially in my mind. I love the check in feedback and technique feedback. Also the fact that Cody will take into consideration my requirements.

    I am most proud of my consistency in workouts, and being able to balance both sides, healthy and not so healthy without much judgement. The approach is definitely more personalised and accommodating then what I’ve tried in the past.

    Before starting with Cody, I was keen to get confident in the gym and make sure every session was targeted to help me reach my goals. I look and feel so much stronger 💪 I've gained a massive edge in my netball game, especially in rebounds and aerial contests. I also feel more resilient and less prone to injury and twinges from sport.

    I've definitely built up a consistent gym habit, which is new. Consistent self directed training has always been a challenge for me, but having this structure has been great. Since working with Cody, I've absolutely built muscle - quads, butt, shoulders, back. I started training in winter, and by the time the following winter came around, a bunch of clothes didn't fit (in a good way!)

    While it's tough in the moment, Cody pushes me in our sessions to strive for higher weights and reps than I would have done by myself, and beating those PBs is super rewarding! I am proud of now kind of becoming a morning gym person!

    It's been super helpful having a tailored and structured approach to training. I've tried other ways of building fitness- self directed, online programs - but nothing sticks. Having sport-specific training tailored exactly to my goals has been a game changer. I see results and I have a structure to stick to that has scaled up and down as I need it to with the rest of life.

    Training with Cody is totally worth the investment of time, effort and finances. Cody's approach is realistic, personalised, goal-oriented, and backed with facts, not fads.

    I started working with Cody thinking it would just be for a few months, to get the hang of the gym. I think it's coming up on a year now, and I'm still spending excited to keep building on my progress!

    I started working with Cody because I was bored of the weight lifting routine I’d been doing for years and was no longer seeing results. I have a sedentary job. My hips used to be really stiff and sore. Now the pain is gone and I’ve even noticed my balance has improved.

    I’ve realised you don’t have to train to the point of permanent exhaustion to experience good results. Now I take a more balanced view of exercise. I still see results, and I have more energy. My flexibility and strength has improved and I have toned up!
